Hey how ya doin'? Why do I have this page? Well the program of fogging for mosquitoes has always bothered me somewhat. Once when I was a teenager or early 20's, I was riding home from work, and guess what they were fogging that evening. Just 1 block from my street a truck went by just ahead of me. What did I do? I held my breath and drove through the cloud. Then how about the aerial fogging using the chemical Baygon that the Province did one year? That was during the early evening. When everybody's out in the summer.
Yeah well anyway, this page is really only about Malathion. So what's on the web re this controversial chemical? Well here's a whole bunch of links. For and against. Just a Google search, is all. At the time I made this page, July 2002, I only had time to do a few pages, the first ones that my Google search returned. I was going to try to add more when I got time. August 2018 update: Well things are kind of settled down, mosquito-spraying-wise. Has been little need to spray this year so far, and I don't think they did any spraying in 2017 either. A lot to do with more and effective larvaciding I understand. So woo hoo to the City! For now anyway!
