Elks beat Calgary, ending a weekend of pool upsets! Races at the top and bottom of our pool... our winner Sheryl (Meow Meow) was 4 for 4 this weekend! Meanwhile, 14 of the other 29 of us were locked out, zero for 4!! That's almost half the pool! Oh well... So we are done! These are now our offical pool results! Each score hand-verified! Okay, our 2025 CFL Pool 2 is complete! So with 30 entries we have 4 top prizes! Our first place winner was Sheryl! As Meow Meow! She scores the first prize of $72.50! Which is 50% of the top prize pool! In 2nd place we had Greg, as Stiff Upper Lip! Who was our leader until Week 13! He still wins $36.25, or 25% of the top prize pool! Next, in 3rd we had… me! As Ranking Randy! Picked using a ranked random system! So I take $21.75, or 15%! Next, in 4th place we had Pete! No alias for him! And he scores the 4th place prize of $14.50, which is 10% of the top prize pool. So that accounts for $145 of top prizes. But as usual, there is more! The last place prize! Awarded to the poor unglückliche who ended up in dead last! And this time that was… Dorothy! As Red! She gets her $5 entry fee back! Which will surely make her feel much better! So that completes our total prize pool of $150.00! That's $5.00 times 30 entries.
