(Technically, all games start at 5 minutes after the hour. I've only included the :05 when there was room.)
NOTE:  Men's games above are BLACK and title case; Women's games are BLUE and all caps. To hopefully help discern them!
And, the first two games in RED are Mixed Doubles games! Just the bronze and gold matches. For the heck of it!
INSTRUCTIONS: Select the winner for every game by putting each winning team name in the "WINNER" column.
For each of the Mixed Doubles, Men's and Women's Semifinal and Medal games:
Pick the 4 different teams you think will play in each of the Semifinal rounds, then choose the winners.
Pick the 4 different teams you think will play in each of the Medal rounds, then choose the winners. (more on page two)
Finally, apply each of the "Available Points" to every one of your picks, using each number only once. NOTE! Last-minute fix!
You can only put 1 or 2 points on the Doubles matches! Since by the pool deadline, the participants are known! Free points!
Note, in the Olympics, the same 4 teams that participate in the Semifinals all end up playing in a Medal match.
In the Olympic Semifinals, the 1st place team plays the 4th place team, and the 2nd and 3rd place teams play off.
The winners of these Semifinals go to the Gold match; the losers of the Semifinals go to the Bronze match.
Hand in your printed entry form to me, or email or text your saved copy to me at glenmoor@shaw.ca! Or phone in your picks!
Points for this pool go from 1 to 35, then 40 and 45 for your top two games! In the SEMIFINAL and MEDAL matches,
you must pick the EXACT winners to get full points; or place teams in the EXACT match to receive half points; or if you
place teams in the WRONG match, you still get 1/4 points for at least putting them in the semifinals or medals.
Make sure to check out the RULES document for full details on SEMIFINAL and MEDAL ROUND BONUS POINTS!!
